National Globe Award ceremony was held

National Globe Award Turkey won by INEVA Çevre Teknolojileri A.Ş. was presented by Austrian Commercial Consul Georg Karabaczek.

The Energy Globe Award, established by the Austrian energy pioneer Wolfgang Neumann in 1999 and recognized as the most prestigious environmental award in the world, evaluated nearly 2000 projects this year. INEVA, participated with the project produced as a result of R & D studies, won the first prize among the 2 thousand projects thanks to its technology that helped keep the emissions of polluting gases low.
To the award ceremony held in the office of Honorary Consul of Austria, Sedat Diniz was attended by General Manager of INEVA Çevre Teknolojileri A.Ş. Onur Taş, Sales and Marketing Division Manager Oral Çimsöken, and Austrian Commercial Consul Georg Karabaczek. Onur Taş, who received the award from Georg Karabaczek, the Commercial Consul of Austria, said that: “This award is extremely important and meaningful on behalf of conservation of resources or renewable energy themed projects. We are moving rapidly towards becoming an exemplary company both at home and global level. Our aim is to do beneficial and sustainable works for both our country and society in every activity we perform. With INEVA, we are taking and will continue to take important steps to achieve these goals.”

On the other hand, INEVA General Manager Onur Taş reminded that the foundations of Ineva Çevre Teknolojileri A.Ş., which was established for localizing waste disposal facilities and eliminating foreign dependency and contributing to the national economy, were laid in 2004. Onur Taş, stating that the ‘Thermal Disposal’ technology, developed with TÜBİTAK, was the environmental project, which received the highest grant rate of the year and which was the first waste incineration project commissioned with a fully domestic capital, said that, “We have installed 6 facilities in the last 3 years. Since our first establishment, we have disposed of a total of 160 thousand tons of sludge.

Our goal is to continue to expand the use of our technology in determining the alternative uses of treatment sludge suitable for Turkey’s conditions as a raw material and an energy source and bring its economic benefits. Our company, which operates within the scope of Coşkunöz Holding, aims to become the most preferred company in waste disposal technologies by increasing the number of facilities that produce “clean energy” rapidly in Turkey and abroad, while producing innovative solutions to the environmental problem.”
